My co-worker recommended Debbie Welch when we decide to buy our first house here in Canada. We know nothing about the house when we start house hunting with Debbie. She is very professional, very patience. She answered every question we had. Since English is just our second language so when we come across some words we are not familiar with, she always try her best to explain the meaning to us. When she knew that I need to take bus to go to work so the house must close to a bus route, she bought me a new edition K-W bus map. We remember that once we rushed to buy a house and didn’t do any research for it, Debbie took us to the construction field and we found a hydro tower right after the house. There is also a hydro station across the street. She saved us. We really appreciate it. She always there to return my calls and answer my questions, no matter how early and late the time is. She always work around our schedule. Once we decide to sign an offer at about 9:30 in the evening, (even though we changed our mind in the end), She didn’t say anything and went back to her office to prepare the paperwork for us. She showed us about 30 houses until we finally made our decision. She worked really hard. She never pushed us to buy any house. We really appreciate Debbie’s help and wish her all the best in her career.

To Whom It May Concern: It was very fortunate that I happened to drive through the neighbourhood, and saw this large sign infront of this one house with the words on it "The House Lady". I was dealing with a realest agent from the town I lived in, but I decided to call "the House Lady", and after speaking to Debbie Welch for a few minutes, I knew I wanted her to show me the house..... even though I could potentially be the buyer of her listing. Debbie was exteremely accommodating, and always had our interest a number one concern for her. When we initially saw the house, she was very patient with us, and let us have as much time as we wanted. Then when we wanted to see the house again, 2 days later, she let my family and I go through it again at our pace. When we asked Debbie to show us another house in the neighbourhood, she had it all arranged for us, on the same evening. At the time of purchase, Debbie was acting for both the seller and us, the buyer. She was very professional, and for our interst, highly suggested we get a building inspection done, even though she knew her seller was extremely particular about the structure and state of the house. After 3 visits back and forth between the seller and us, the buyer, we came to an agreement on the price, and we were estatic about the final buying price and the items we had included in the price. During the process of getting the sale completed, Debbie was able to assist us in any information we needed or things to get done, so we could finalize the sale. I would recommend hiring Debbie as your realest agent. Again, thank you Debbie for a very enjoyable purchase. Rita

The "HouseLady" what a fitting name for my Real Estate agent...Debbie Welch. I was so afraid and apprehensive with the whole process of buying a house for the first time. I had so many questions, doubts and fears especially when I realized that buying a home instead of renting was the right choice for me. I am still in awe that in a few short weeks I will be a home owner. Thank you so much Debbie for making this experience an enjoyable one.
