Who is Debbie Welch? PDF Print E-mail

Why Real Estate? I guess it was a natural progression for myself.  I had worked for 12 years in the administrative end of the industry. I've worked in residential and some commerical Real Estate. It was when I became an agent that I realized my real passion. I love my job! For the last 10 years I have had the chance to meet some fantastic families. I've helped newlyweds find their first love nest. I've helped those same couples find bigger homes to accomodate their expanding families.

For me, it's always been about the people. There is nothing that brings greater satisfaction then assisting people in achieving their dreams. Experience has taught me that an agent's job is more then helping to buy and sell houses. A house is just a building. The real issue is that we're actually dealing with homes. The difference? Homes are filled with emotions and memories. This can sometimes be a sensitive time and for that reason I'm glad to be an agent who is known for being compassionate and understanding.

I'd like to finish by sayng thank you for coming to my website! I am excited to be an agent in the forefront of today's age of technology. It is such a vital tool in keeping fresh in today's market. I'm bold and always willing to try something new. Please dont to givre myself a call.  I want to be your agent!

There is no denying that technology has made life better for all of us, especially those in real estate. But we've come to understand that while computers may give our customers an edge, they can't begin to replace the human aspect of the business. The listening...the caring...the understanding. Whether you're buying or selling a home, relocating, or just looking for some honest answers, you'll find that I have a sincere interest in helping you. I've built my business on the concept of "high touch", and to me that means being available to my clients, armed with the information they need and equipped with the kind of integrity on which they can rely.

There is a human element in each and every real estate transaction. It's not just contracts, negotiations, offers, and counter-offers. Good agents recognize the emotional needs of buyers and sellers, and work to satisfy those desires. This is just as important as the financial particulars. When you work with me, you can be assured I'll take the time to get to know you, as a person and as a family, and that we'll address all that you hope to accomplish, professionally and personally. High Tech: It's another dimension of my ability to serve you.
